What we love about the neighborhood.

Historically a densely-populated community filled with triple-deckers and long-time residents, South Boston has become incredibly popular with young professionals & families, mainly based on its convenient location, access to transit, and great dining and entertainment options throughout the neighborhood. Here are a few of our favorites in the area:

•Capo - Known for excellent Italian fare and a great weekend brunch, Capo is often packed with young professionals throughout the week. You really can't beat a glass of Rose on tap in the summer!

•Lincoln - Lincoln is a classic American restaurant filled with character exuding from its brick walls, exposed ductwork & beams, and expansive floorplan. Our favorites include the wood-fired pizzas.

•L Street Tavern, Mirasolas & Sal's - Take your pick from these three, all just around the corner from 211 L Street. All are great for a bite to eat or simply connecting with friends or neighbors!

•Castle Island - Who knew Southie has such a great beach! Enjoy the sand or the walking paths surrounding the beach, and if you have a dog, make good use of the adjacent dog park!
