Home Inspection Recommendations
We begin your journey with a "Needs & Lifestyle Assessment," where we discuss your goals as either a resident or an investor, your expectations, the process and of course, answer any of your outstanding questions.
From there, we will introduce you to our trusted industry partners (our "Dream Team") which includes lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other resources that you can take advantage of both before or after the closing.
Once we are all is on the same page and we are ready to begin, we utilize our local MLS and our proprietary off-market database to send properties that meet your needs, wants and desires.
We take careful, detailed notes of the styles and amenities that stand out to you while attending open houses and private viewings together. We'll log this into our CRM to ensure that we are accurately narrowing your search.
Once we find the best match, or "the one" for you, based on your needs, wants, and goals, we work closely with you to write a competitive offer in a highly competitive real estate environment.
Once you have an accepted offer, we arrange for inspections, the drafting of the purchase & sale agreement by the attorney, and communicate regularly to guide you through this journey.
We'll work with your attorney and lender to help acquire necessary documents. Just before closing, we'll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything is as you expect. Rest assured, we'll stick with you right to the end, until the keys are yours!
