Tavio, raised on Nantucket Island, graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, Tavio moved back to Nantucket to begin working in the Island’s real estate market, one of the most high-end markets in the country. 

He spent his time there as a marketing manager and licensed agent developing extensive knowledge in both sales and rentals. This position also let Tavio use his skills in photography and videography to market all of his company’s listings to their full potential. He truly has an eye for displaying properties in their best light.

After a few years of gaining experience in the Nantucket market, Tavio decided to move to Boston with the goal of building his career and network in the real estate industry. 

Before joining William Raveis, Tavio worked as a leasing agent, renting apartments around Greater Boston. This position gave him the opportunity to learn about each individual neighborhood and what they have to offer, putting him in a position to be valuable to clients searching in any neighborhood of Boston and its surrounding areas.

When Tavio is not at the office or out with clients, he enjoys being on the water; whether it be surfing, sailing, or fishing!
