Kitt's professional specialty is in rentals for the greater Boston area. She strives to be better than other Realtors by going the extra mile with clients. For her, this entails making clients feel at ease and worry-free during their rental journey.

As a Communication major at Northeastern University, Kitt utilizes skills honed from the classroom as well as her experience Co-oping for one of the largest global nonprofit organizations in Boston, The National Fire Protection Association, to better clients rental experience. In doing so, Kitt sets herself apart by rectifying any negative notions about Realtors through garnered trust and loyalty of her clients by engaging in thoughtful conversations regarding their rental journey. As she puts it, "I genuinely care about my clients. I'm not just asking their move-in-date, location, price, etc... I'm talking with them about why they did or didn't like their current living situation, what they like to do in their spare time, and always asking to see pictures of their pets."

Kitt is originally from a small town in Southern Massachusetts, though she went to high school in Providence and often considers herself a "Rhode Islander" at heart. A true Bostonian, though, she has spent the last 7 years residing in various areas of the city. Having lived in Mission Hill & Back Bay during her time at Northeastern, she moved to the South End for 2 years, and has now taken residence in Jamaica Plain. A huge Boston sports fan, Kitt enjoys going to Fenway to watch the Red Sox, TD Bank to see the Bruins, and Gillette to support the G.O.A.T. TB12. Her Dog, Gigi, is a testament to this and when she rescued her from the local MSPCA after travelling to Boston all the way from Brazil, she named her after one of the strongest Brazilian-Bostonians she could think of; Tom Brady's wife, Gisele Bundchen.

Gigi and Kitt are familiar faces around Boston, and enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. Often seen strolling around the Arnold Arboretum and Jamaica Pond on a nice day, or sitting outside their local coffee shop soaking up the sun, they love to meet new people.
