Honored as one of Realtor Magazine's "30 Under 30" nationwide in 2015, Eric has been a licensed real estate professional for over ten years and a Realtor for the majority of that time. Eric's first experience was with a suburban company specializing in investment properties, where he mainly worked with investment clients, rental clients and condominium owners. Seeing an opportunity to branch out his business, Eric obtained his brokers license and opened his own firm after graduating with his B.S. in Marketing & Communications, with minors in Psychology and Finance from Roger Williams University. 

Eric has previously worked independently as a real estate consultant to buyers, sellers, and leasing clients within Boston proper, and before that worked individually for two years with investment property owners to rent and sell their investments while also pursuing his Master's degree from Northeastern University. While at his previous firm, he was consistently one of the top-producing agents within the Boston offices and is known for the innovative social media marketing he employs to generate new business and market listings. He previously ran the #1 team at William Raveis Back Bay.

Now partnered with The Agency, the top luxury real estate brokerage internationally, Eric is the Managing Partner for both the Boston and Cape & Islands offices, expanding The Agency's footprint in the Northeast while maintaining high-quality services to his clients.

Eric and his wife, Valerie, are the authors of a popular Boston lifestyle blog that was recognized regionally as "Number One Food/Drink Blog" by Boston's A-List in 2012. Eric is also a Google Local City Expert. They now live in Jamaica Plain and enjoy the local options for food and drink as well as their monthly wine club with friends in Jamaica Plain.
