The virtual tour isn't the same as seeing a home in person. Click below to schedule an exclusive private viewing of the home with one of our agents (NOT on a snow day!)...
But the real estate market doesn't stop just because of some snow. While others are holed up inside binge-watching Netflix, take this time to enjoy our virtual snow day open house! At 4 Maud Graham Circle, cozy up next to a warm fire in the upstairs living room with wood-burning fireplace, or settle in for movie night downstairs next to the gas fireplace for all the warmth without the work. During the warmer months, family parties and game nights will spill from the updated kitchen and dining area onto the deck before enjoying lawn games in the spacious yard. The flexible floor plan offers the opportunity for four good-sized bedrooms, three upstairs and a wonderful bedroom/study/home office with walk-in closet downstairs. The downstairs bathroom is large and features a jetted soaking tub – perfect for relaxing after a long day. There is also an abundance of extra storage for seasonal items in the laundry room, shed and over-sized one car garage, as well as a workshop off of the garage for the family’s handyperson. Take some time during your snow day (and a break from shoveling) to learn more about this home.
Located just 12 miles north of Boston, Burlington has become one of the most sought-after and vibrant neighborhoods north the city. Home to the Lahey Clinic, the town also has a great Town Common and is home to Simonds Park. The Burlington Parks & Recreation Department is a gem, offering activities and trips for all ages and facilities throughout town like basketball and tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, an indoor ice rink and a skatepark.
Though convenient to downtown Boston, there's no reason to leave Burlington as there is plenty to do here. Here are some of our favorites!:
•The Bancroft - There's no need to go to the city or a chain steakhouse for a wonderful meal, the Bancroft offers a fantastic menu as well as one of the country's top wine lists. This is a "must" for anyone in the area!
•True North Coffee - More than a fantastic coffee shop, True North is a great place to hang out and has a ton of board games to play with friends!
•Schoolhouse Ice Cream - A town favorite for homemade ice cream, don't hesitate to order one of their sandwiches as they are a hidden gem - especially the house-roasted turkey!
And of course...don't forget Third Avenue and the Burlington Mall!
